Infusing the Sacred into Your Life is a space to open to the field of mystery, magic, and energy that permeates all Life. It's a place to come to know yourself as a part of Wholeness. It's a space for you to weave remembrance and ancestral wisdom into your daily life.
This immersive experience is designed to help you live a rich, embodied, spiritual life so you can deepen your relationship with Earth Consciousness and your own Self, and be a vessel of healing for the world.
This course is about infusing yourself into the sacred heart of the world, as much as it is about you drawing the experience of the sacred into your beingness.
It is as much about inviting the magical nature of life into your lived experience, as it is allowing yourself to step into relationship, to pour yourself forth, to reach out for connection with the wider consciousness of the earth.
This relationship moves and sways both into and out of you.
It is a remembering of an ancient way of loving the world, and being loved back.
Why Now?
We are living in confusing, scary, and unprecedented times, and now, more than ever, conversation between our Soul the Spiritual layers of life is of utmost importance to give us guidance.

It may seem like a luxury to spend time with the Sacred right now, or to investigate how your soul intermingles with the spiritual layers of life...and yet, I’d argue this is one of the most important things we can do.
​
This is a huge part of how we are going to retrieve our personal power, out of the hands of corporate and political greed, and into the ground to tend the seeds of creation, beauty, reciprocity, and justice.

It is a huge part of how we listen to our Deep Selves, who are in constant communication with the forces of earth and life. Our Deep Selves who have the answers for us in how to uniquely show up, where and when to act, how to tend and nurture the more delicate parts of life.

This is so important.
​
We have to weave the spiritual, the animacy of Earth, the living world, into solutions for our future. We cannot leave this out, or we'll perpetuate the same broken systems we're hoping to fix.

In order to do this we have to practice listening. We have to invite it in. We have to allow Love to work through us. Allow the Sacred to teach us and inform our way forward.

When we connect with the Sacred we become better ancestors and Earth citizens.
​
We become the gift of beauty and medicine that humans have the potential to be. ​
What is the Sacred?
In the dictionary, sacred can be defined as “something regarded with great respect and reverence by a particular religion, group, or individual.”

Wikipedia says “sacred describes something that...is considered worthy of spiritual respect or devotion; or inspires awe or reverence among believers.”
​
Combining and elaborating off these definitions, what sacred means to me is:

Something awe-inspiring, to be regarded with respect and reverence, worthy of spiritual devotion. It is a place where our truest, most ancient and wild nature resides, in communion with the spiritual nature of life. It is the experience of loving the world, and being loved back.​

It is where we find ourselves. Where we find home within ourselves. Where we find a sense of belonging to a wider whole.
​
This is why the Earth herself, in all her unfolding, rhythmic beauty and wisdom is a sacred sanctuary to me.
And why sacred is also a word I’d use to describe our bodies. Where such truly wondrous alchemy happens every moment within us, and between us and our surroundings, that keeps us alive and in conversation with the world around us.​

This program is for those interested in bringing ceremonial and ritual practices into their lives to align themselves with the rhythms of the Earth, the wisdom of their body, and the teachings of earth to find a deeper, more significant way of connecting with themselves and the world around them.

Through the three weeks together, and 4 calls, you will learn to live with a mindset of reverence, reciprocity, and genuine connection, and explore ways to incorporate ritual and ceremony into your daily lives.
You will learn to understand and feel what prevents you from receiving the experience of magic, and practice embracing the sacred into your body and your life.

Infusing the Sacred is led by Amy Terepka, a skilled practitioner of Earth Medicine and Embodied Spiritual Healing. She is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with the natural world and find a sense of true belonging, being at home in their own body and in relationship with Sacred Other, our non-human kin, and their spirit guides and allies.
The program is held in a safe, cozy nest, where you will feel comfort and intimacy with your fellow students. The container of the class, that is co-created, will feel like a regular coming-home and a safe place to land each week. You'll be supported by Amy's skilled cocoon-building and her ability to create a space where you can express anything that needs to move through you.

Q: What am I getting into when I sign up for this course?A: Plant Spirit Allyship is a live 4-week course led by Amy Terepka of The Golden Stone Wisdom School. We will meet once a week, for 4 weeks, and you'll have class handouts and invitations to explore during the weeks in between class calls. During the 4 weeks, you will connect deeply with one plant spirit ally. One who chooses you. One who's been calling to you. You'll make medicine from them (if possible), you'll build an altar space for them, and you'll connect with them in various ways in order to understand their medicine, how they want to support you, and how you can support them. This 4-week devotion to one plant will give you depth of relationship that's not often found in other plant courses. And you'll leave with insight into how to replicate this process with other plants, in order to grow your plant spirit council.

Q: Who is this course suited for?A: This course is for the plant people! It's for anyone who loves plants, and longs to have deeper, spiritual relationships with them. If you recognize yourself in any of the prompts below, this course is for you: You’ve had powerful experiences with plants before and want more insight into them You know you’re connected deeply with the plants, but don't quite know how to access or grow the relationship more concretely/personally/spiritually You’re a plant person (herbalist, gardener, earth-lover), and want to build deeper relationship with the plants on a spiritual level You want to learn how to weave plant medicine into your magical practice You want to trust yourself in your ability to communicate with the plants You are deeply curious about the plants or have a sense they’re wanting to support you You want to learn how to become a good ally for the plants and the earth during these earth-changing times In general, I work with sensitive, earth-loving, seekers who know the earth is alive with consciousness. Q: What are the pre-requisites for joining the course?A: There are no specific pre-requisites for joining the course, however, it is essential that you hold a spiritual lens and belief system that allows for you to connect with plant consciousness. It's also important to have a sense of openness and willingness to try new things.

Q: How is the course structured and where is it held?A: Plant Spirit Allyship is structured as 4 live weekly zoom calls, which will be recorded for those who cannot attend live. You will have handouts and invitations to explore on your own in between calls. Everything will be held in our online platform, where the recordings, handouts, and invitations can be found, and there will be space to share your experience, witness others in their experience, and ask questions.

Q: How long do I have access to the course materials?A: You get lifetime access to the handouts (they're downloadable), and at least 9 months on the course platform to watch the videos and be in the private community. Depending on what I decide to do with the course going forward, (whether I continue to offer this as a cohort course next year, or make it into a self-guided digital course) you may have longer access.

Q: How will the program help me?A: While so much of the outcome depends on your participation and the energy you bring to the course, my prayer is for you to complete this course with a solid understanding of how to commune with the plants, receive guidance from them, and grow magical and spiritual relationship with any plant that you want to work with. Q: What is the time commitment for the course?A: Participants should expect to invest between 3-5 hrs per week. The classes are 90 minutes, and there will be additional invitations + explorations during the week. I suggest devoting at least 15-30 minutes each day to connect with your plant ally. The more time and energy you devote, the more you will get out of it.

Q: How much does the program cost?A: The cost of the program is $295. Please contact Amy (amy@groundwaterhealing.com) if you need a payment plan or to talk about a sliding scale option.

Q: Can I get a refund if it's not a good fit?A: I'm happy to offer full refunds leading up to the first live call if something changes for you financially. If after the first call you don't feel it's a good fit (you must let me know by 8pm PST 5/13), you can receive a full refund minus $50. After that, no refunds will be offered.
